Niramaya Yoga Retreats are suitable for those who want to learn and deepen their knowledge and experience in Yoga. The several aspects of Yoga: Yama / Niyama (behavioral recommendations), Kriya (purification techniques), Asana (Hatha Yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Pratyahara (calming the senses), Dharana (concentration exercises) and the exercise of Meditation (Dhyana) are elaborated and practiced according to the personal level.
In support of the yoga practice, the retreat locations are kept simple and surrounded by harmonious nature. Additionally the dailytime structure corresponds to the Ayurvedic recommendations (Dinacharya).
