200 Hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India
Welcome to Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Goa Foundation Program
At Niramaya Yoga, we’re dedicated to providing a comprehensive and transformative yoga teacher training experience rooted in the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga. Our 200 hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training Goa program is designed to lay a strong foundation for aspiring yoga instructors, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to guide others on their yoga journey.
What Sets Us Apart:
Holistic & Therapeutic Approach: Our curriculum integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of yoga practice, fostering holistic well-being and personal growth. Our principal teacher Ms. Mishra comes from a therapeutic background with more than 20 years of experience. She understands the anatomy of every asana and the individual’s composition. So we follow a very healthy and safe teaching methodology.
Hatha Tradition: Grounded in the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga, our program emphasizes alignment, breathwork, meditation, and the cultivation of inner awareness.
Experienced Faculty: Led by experienced and certified yoga instructors, our faculty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide you through your training journey.
Small Class Sizes: With small class sizes, we prioritize individualized attention and support, ensuring a personalized learning experience for each student.
- Understanding of East and West difference: We are a team of Indian and European teachers who have explored both sides of the globe from yogic lenses. One can not copy and paste the same yoga to everyone. We follow a very individual way to every student while keeping the discipline of yoga intact.
What You’ll Learn:
Yoga Asanas: Explore a wide range of asanas (poses) with a focus on alignment, anatomy, and safe sequencing.
Pranayama: Deepen your understanding and practice of pranayama (breathwork) techniques for enhanced vitality and relaxation.
Meditation and Mindfulness: Cultivate mindfulness and inner stillness through various meditation practices, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance.
Yoga Philosophy: Delve into the philosophical foundations of yoga, including the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and the concept of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
Teaching Methodology: Learn effective teaching techniques, class planning, communication skills, and how to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Program Structure:
Our 200-hour teacher training program is designed to accommodate students of all levels, whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or embark on a teaching journey. The program is divided into structured modules, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of yoga teaching. Niramaya Yoga is a holistic practice that rejuvenates and brings a sense of light and freedom. To experience this individually is the base for the training, because one who has transformed, awakened and healed within will be able to truly support others as a teacher. Niramaya Yoga Foundation Teacher training helps one to open the inner door to start the yogic journey within. It also includes the possibility of diving into the spirit, myths, and philosophy of India and how yoga is a way of life for Indians. One would also get to know how food helps to walk on the yogic path through Indian cuisine. You will be officially authorized to teach yoga anywhere in the world.
