We are a traditional yoga school with therapeutic approach. ‘Niramaya ’ is a Sanskrit word that means free from diseases. Therefore, Niramaya Yoga signifies a healthy and diseases free mind, body and soul. We place equal emphasis on all paths of Yoga that leads to the highest attainment. As per the Taitreya Upanishadam, we are not just the body but the 5 sheets we are composed of. But as long as we have this human body, it has to be disease free to work on the deeper level. Imagine a yogi with ill body wanting to attain moksha. Its impossible. This is why we named our yoga school as Niramaya Yoga.
Our name, ‘Niramaya Yoga’, truly reflects our aim to impart to our yoga students through our teachings. This theme of totality and wholeness permeates the teachings we provide, the respect we hold for yoga traditions, and the acceptance of students from all traditions and lineages. We take pride in delivering exceptional and comprehensive yoga teacher training, courses, seminars and classes to support you on your yoga journey.
Though Niramaya Yoga was officially founded in the year 2018 but as individual teachers we have been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 20 and 25 years. We have a unique yet beautiful amalgamation of east and west. One can say that the birth of Niramaya yoga is the result of the union of traditional Indian Yogi met with a very experienced and skilled western therapist and yogini. That is why we approach the same Hatha yoga with therapeutic line. We have ongoing teacher trainings YTTC 200-hour and YTTC 300-hour at our beautiful beach hut ashram at Palolem Beach, South Goa. We also offer same YTTC online as well. Apart from the YTTCs we have various other regular yoga courses for beginners and advance online. The languages we speak are English, German and Hindi. We also offer once in a month live online Ayurveda seminar for the self wellbeing with the help of Ayurveda.

Niramaya Yoga Förderkreis e.V., based in Dresden, Germany, was founded in 2023 with the noble intention of supporting individuals who wish to embark on their yogic journey but face financial barriers. Thanks to the generosity of supporters and yoga teachers Mr. Robin Grosser and Ms. Jana Schier, the organization operates as a non-profit social organization. Our mission is to provide financial assistance to those in need, especially young students, to cover course fees and other expenses associated with yoga training. The Förderkreis e.V. relies solely on donations from students and patrons who wish to support our cause. YOGA ALLIANCE REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSES
Niramaya Yoga Teacher Training School has been a registered international yoga school with Yoga Alliance, holding RYS-200 & RYS-300 designations since 2018. Its online and in-person Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Certifications are recognized and accepted worldwide, enabling all graduates to teach globally. Upon course completion, participants receive a 200-Hour or 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, allowing registration as RYTs (Registered Yoga Teachers) with Yoga Alliance. Our Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Courses empower you to teach legally in any country, whether you choose to register with Yoga Alliance registration or not.
