By sending the Application form, I hereby agree to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Booking Amount: The booking amount of the course (20% for YTTCs, and full fees for online courses) is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, or non-participation in the courses or events, irrespective of the reason.
2. Credit Towards Future Courses: If unable to participate in the event, students may use the booking amount towards the same or similar courses, provided they inform Niramaya Yoga via email at least 48 hours before the event start date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the initial deposit.
3. Pre-Study Training: The booking amount covers the cost of pre-study non-contact hours training provided by Niramaya Yoga via online modules. This confirms the student’s place in the course and provides access to the online course content.
4. Course Fees: Once physically checked into Niramaya Yoga or joined the course in person (or full course fees paid before for Online Courses), students become responsible for paying the complete course fees. These fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise by Niramaya Yoga in writing.
5. Covid-related Situations: In case of illness due to Covid or course interruption due to Covid restrictions or similar reasons, Niramaya Yoga may consider transferring the pro-rata balance course fee to any future course chosen by the student. The final decision rests with Niramaya Yoga.
6. Drop-Out Policy: Once joined physically or online, Niramaya Yoga is not liable to refund the course fee if a student chooses to drop out for any reason or circumstance.
7. Termination of Participation: Niramaya Yoga reserves the right to terminate a student’s participation or continuation in the course if their presence is found disturbing to the group process. In such cases, Niramaya Yoga may refund the fee on a prorate basis.
8. Course Cancellation: If Niramaya Yoga cancels, reschedules, or stops the course due to circumstances beyond its control, such as a pandemic or war-related restrictions, students are entitled to a full refund, except for the initial booking amount and any incurred losses such as travel or insurance.
9. Amendments: Niramaya Yoga reserves the right to make minor amendments to the course content, teachers, or accommodation as needed, which cannot be used as grounds for a refund.
10. Jurisdiction: Any and all arbitrations will be subject to the jurisdiction of Orlim, Salcete, Goa, India.
