By submitting the Application form, I hereby agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation: I voluntarily and willingly choose to participate in the classes and events offered by Niramaya Yoga, including but not limited to yoga teacher training, workshops, courses, drop-in classes, retreats, and any similar yoga-related events (“Event”).

2. Assumption of Risk: I recognize that participating in the Event may involve physical and mental exertion and expose me to inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, illness, and more. I assume all risks associated with my participation.

3. Physical Fitness: I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Event. I acknowledge the importance of consulting a physician prior to participation and understand that Niramaya Yoga has no medical obligation/responsibility.

4. Responsibility for Treatment: In the event of injury or medical need during the Event, I shall be responsible for my own treatment and related expenses. Niramaya Yoga may facilitate contact with external medical resources but holds no responsibility for such arrangements.

5. Pregnancy and Medical Conditions: I understand that if pregnant or with any medical condition, I participate at my own risk. I agree to inform Niramaya Yoga of any such condition, and they reserve the right to prohibit my participation if necessary.

6. Physical Adjustments: I accept receiving physical adjustments from instructors during classes. I may opt out by informing the instructor at each class attended.

7. Liability Waiver: I release Niramaya Yoga, its trainers, staff, and affiliates from any liability for loss or damage to personal property and waive any claims arising from participation in the Event.

8. Course Changes: I understand that Niramaya Yoga may change course content, schedule, teachers, or other aspects of the Event without notice.

9. Consent for Contact: As a student, I consent to sharing my contact details with partners like Yoga Alliance Professional for registration purposes.

10. Photography and Video: I authorize Niramaya Yoga to take photographs or videos during the Event and use them for lawful purposes, including publicity and advertising.

11. Children: If I bring my child(ren) to the Event, it is my responsibility. Niramaya Yoga may assist in arranging a babysitter, but ultimate responsibility remains with me.

12. Waiver of Liability: By submitting my application, I acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted this Waiver of Liability. I agree to hold Niramaya Yoga harmless from any claims arising from my participation in the Event.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms outlined above.
