Unsere Niramaya Yoga Retreats sind geeignet für Interessenten die Yoga erlernen oder ihre Erfahrung vertiefen möchten. Die verschiedenen Aspekte des Yoga wie Yama / Niyama (Verhaltensregeln), Kriya (Techniken der Reinigung), Asana (Übungen mit dem Körper), Pranayama (Übungen mit dem Atem), Bhratyahara (Übungen mit den Sinnen), Dharana (Übungen zur Konzentration ) sowie die Übung der Meditation (Dhyana) werden dem individuellen Level entsprechend erarbeitet und geübt.
Für ein gutes Gelingen der Yoga Praxis sind die Retreat Orte schlicht gehalten, inmitten von erholsamer Natur und die Tageszeitstruktur entspricht den ayurvedischen Empfehlungen (Dinachaya).
